The Walking Dead shambles on for another season.  Variety reports that AMC greenlit the series' 11th season and also announced a new series-regular.  Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie Green, has been bumped to the main cast.  The Walking Dead, which is based off a comic book series of the same name, debuted 10 years ago.  The series has since created a spinoff: Fear the Walking Dead and an upcoming untitled movie that stars Andrew Lincoln...

Karen Laine, of HGTV's Good Bones, is retiring from her business, which she founded with her daughter Mina Starsiak Hawk nearly a decade ago.  Deadline reports that the Two Chicks and a Hammer founder will still be part of the TV show, but in a smaller and less-physically demanding capacity.  Good Bones will enter its fifth season next summer and run for 13 episodes...

The sun isn’t setting yet on aging actor slash acting coach Sandy Kominsky and his longtime agent Norman Newlander in the award-winning Netflix comedy series The Kominsky Method.  Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin reprise their respective roles as they tackle more of life's curveballs in Los Angeles, which is set years later.  The next season drops October 25...

Sunday was the final day of New York City Comic Con and it ended with a flurry of TV news.  First up is the new trailer for Riverdale, which returns for a fourth season and follows the story line after Archie, played by KJ Apa, lost his father, played by the late Luke Perry. Riverdale returns to the CW on October 9...

Jason Behr and Gaius Charles have been tapped for the second season of Roswell: New Mexico, the CW drama -- as announced at NYCC on Sunday.  Behr starred as Max Evans in the original Roswell that aired in the late 90s, but it's unknown what role he will play in the CW drama.  Deadline reports that Behr will join the series for a "multi-episode arc"...

Also on Sunday, the trailer for the second season of NBC's Manifest, premiered at NYCC.  Manifest follows the story of the passengers of a doomed jetliner that vanishes -- only to reappear five years later to find the world has moved on and aged without them.  The three-minute trailer intertwines season one footage along with teasers of what's to come in the second season  Manifest returns sometime in the spring of 2020...

Finally, NYCC treated fans to a sneak peek of the upcoming first season of the Snowpiercer TV-adaptation.  Snowpiercer is based off the graphic novel Le Transperceneige, which follows a group of survivors riding on a perpetually-moving train around the world, which turned into a frozen wasteland seven years prior.  The Snowpiercer series premieres in the spring of 2020 on TNT.  A movie, which came out in 2013, starred Chris Evans and Tilda Swinton...
