Juveniles safe after being missing

A juvenile female is home safe after a feared abduction in St. Croix County. Yesterday morning at 9:30am the St. Croix Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported abduction in the town of Star Prairie.

Authorities found the female at a residence in the Town of Stanton with bruising and lacerations.

The St. Croix Sheriff’s office says there was no attempted abduction and the public is not in any danger. The incident remains under investigation.
