Beginner's Yoga Now Offered At UWBC

A Yoga Beginner Series is being offered by at the UW-Barron County Campus.  

The weekly group session is for anyone interested in beginning or continuing the practice of yoga. 

There are many benefits of yoga for every level of student: reduced stress, increased flexibility and strength, and improved sleep, digestion, mental clarity and focus. 

Learn the basics of yoga including the postures and breathing. Kristy Gay, a registered yoga teacher, will be leading evening classes at UW-BC on Tuesdays, July 18 through August 22, from 515-616PM.
