Survivors include his wife Kim; children Alex, Sam, Zachary; mother and father Shirley & Jerry; sisters Diana, Jan, Cindy; brother Gary. 

A memorial service for Brian Kelly is at Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home in Onalaska Saturday at 1:00.

Visitation is from noon until 1:00 Saturday at the funeral home.
