WAQE H-D HOME THEATRE GIVEAWAY RULES - 2010

1. All employees of the radio station, along with their immediate family members and associated Major sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. You must be 18 years or older to win this major contest prize of at least $5,000.00 in retail value.
3. All winners must pay any and all taxes, if any, as the result of winning any contest.
4. Any person is eligible to win any prize within the following guidelines:
   • Any prize value of 0 to $1,000.00 in retail value – eligible every 30 days.
   • Any prize value of $1,001.00 - $4,999.00 in retail value - eligible every 6 months.
   • Any prize value of $5,000.00 or more in retail value - eligible every 18 months.
5. The Grand Prize winner will be required to show proper identification to take possession of this prize package.
6. The winner must accept the prizes offered during this contest and cannot exchange such prizes for cash or other merchandise.
7. Listeners can qualify to win by registering at various retail locations and/or listening to WAQE Radio for their name to be called and call-back in the correct amount of time. All Qualifiers are eligible to win the Grand Prize. Only one qualifier per household.
8. All qualifiers will be eligible to win the Grand Prize Package as promoted in the contest in the Grand Prize Drawing on Friday, June 4th at approximately 7:30 a.m. WAQE will draw one name from those qualifiers and read it on the air. That person will have 9 minutes and 77 seconds to call back to become the winner. If in the event that person does not call back in time, another name will be drawn and announced until a winner is declared. Only the person whose name is drawn and called on the air is allowed to call back to claim the prize.

You must be a legal citizen of the United States and in possession of a valid Social Security number to win any prize in this contest.
